Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a skills-based approach that helps you manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and stay present in the moment. It blends acceptance and change — helping you understand and accept your emotions while also learning how to respond to them in healthier ways.
In sessions, I’ll guide you through practical DBT tools like mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and communication skills. Together, we’ll build strategies you can use in everyday situations to feel more balanced, calm, and in control — even when life feels overwhelming.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy focuses on exploring how your past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns shape the way you think, feel, and relate to others today. By gaining insight into these deeper layers, you can begin to understand yourself more fully and create lasting emotional change.
In sessions, I’ll help you gently uncover patterns that may be operating beneath the surface — especially those that keep you feeling stuck. Through reflection and a strong therapeutic relationship, we’ll work to increase self-awareness, heal emotional wounds, and support long-term personal growth.

Still Mind Therapy strives to provide accessible and high-quality support. These are our current rates for individual therapy sessions, and evaluations. BCBS and BCN is also accepted for individual therapy.
